Trashtrack

This is a Flutter project inspired by sustainability and powered by the community. TrashTrack is a demo of a social platform with geolocation features that brings people a new way of collaboration.

TrashTrack works like a social app, we try to encourage the user to participate actively in helping to create a cleaner and sustainable environment.

Main features

• Gamification system: make people compete for being the best on sustainability.
• Stories: people love making stories. Why not use this for a better cause?
• Auth0: we use Auth0 with Google Login, simplifying the authentication experience for users and developers.
• Real Time Data: code developed trying to register every mark done by a user in real time. The data is recorded and refreshed at the same moment that is created.
• Device permissions: Access to the camera, storage and position are some of the utilities that are required to make the app work.

Our Goals

We are trying to create a community, people who care for the environment will be able to help actively make a more sustainable environment and make our community bigger by promoting participation.

Nowadays, caring about our world is probably the best way to have a much better future for ourselves and our successors. We have the tools and the motivation to make it easier or at least more entertaining
