In Windows apps remember the last window size used by the user before closing the window. Anyway Open Edisu seems to enforce a different window dimension every time the app is opened (after having closed the window)
For Android tablets or Windows tablet/laptops/desktop devices there should be a different layout. It shouldn't use the bottomnavigationbar and pivots and try to display in the screen more content to exploit the dimensions of the screen. With a small window it should have the current ui. The idea is to make the layout adaptive depending on the window dimensions
It would be a good idea to have a dark theme implementation, I don't think a setting is needed. The app should adapt to the system theme on Android/Windows
